Straight teeth direct have been amazing from the start. Throughout your whole process, you are able to talk to a dentist at any point through the app. This was particularly useful for me as at first my retainer did not fit but after following their instructions they gave me a new one that did in a short space of time. I cannot fault their customer service at all
