I ordered 2 items on March 16th and 1 item on March 19th. I received a confirmation email and an apology email saying to be patient because of the cornavirus affecting them with a promise to complete the order. The site says that all 3 orders are completed, but the tacking says waiting to hear from the currier. I wrote to them twice. Once thru the support app, and once thru PayPal. I have not received a response so I escalated on PayPal for them to investigate all 3 cases. I will post further when I hear back from Paypal.
