Recently today I visited the site to order perfumes. I saw the entire user experience has been changed and interface has become so co fusing, complicated and secretive. Whoever’s bright idea was this, sorry to say, it is unacceptable. I have stopped shopping from today and you have lost a regular customer due to your change of interface. Customer service has been not at all helpful in resolving the issue.
