“Recently today I visited the site to order perfumes. I saw the entire user experience has been changed and interface has become so co fusing, complicated and secretive. Whoever’s bright idea was this, sorry to say, it is unacceptable. I have stopped shopping from today and you have lost a regular customer due to your change of interface. Customer service has been not at all helpful in resolving the issue.”

First of all, the company doesnt use any international shipping courier companies and uses local courier companies with no clearing agents in the landing countries. so one can keep following with Strawberrynet for the delivery of the item but other than writing nonsense & false promises they wouldnt do anything to get your shipment cleared. so u are left to struggle on your own and find out how to get the shipment cleared.
also i found out that my consignment was stuck at India Customs Bureau for more than 21days. It was not at all an easy task in getting the email address of Customs Bureau to check why the consignment was stuck. But naturally the consignment was stuck because of customs duty not paid which is but of course consignee's issue to pay. However what irks is that if Strawberry net had used a proper courier company with clearing agents in the landing country then one would not face these issues of struggling to get the consignment cleared on their own.. Its not at all possible to visit customs bureau in these pandemic times and on online search i found out that the customs duty applicable on my purchase of 14500/- i was supposed to pay customs duty of 6300/- which is 43.5% of the value of the actual order. Now for a product which was available anyways at the same price as available in india from a Shopping Mall, i had to shell out 43% more money to get the same product which i would have got at 14500/- , had i purchased it locally from a Shopping mall in India. My only mistake was that I trusted Strawberry net thinking it is a well know and reputed seller. But like all chinese companies, this one too is a fraud and fake promiser of making goods available at your doorstep. this is the 2nd time this has happened to me with Strawberry.net. I have now de-installed the app from my phone and also decided to rake the reputation of this company online in whatever social media platform i can get my hands on. worst experience of my life. i will never forget that i wasted my 14500/- rupees on buying products from this company. the products will be never delivered to me as i refuse to pay 43.5% duty on the products and also i am pretty sure that this consignment will be declared lost by India post and the consignment will not be returned to Strawberrynet. so net net this company ended up siphoning off my money without delivering any product to me and also cheated me and gave me the worst experience of my life.”
