I placed my order on June 27. 52 days and multiple emails with customer support later, and I still have not received my order. I have repeatedly requested a refund, which they refuse to issue. Instead they want to send me yet another shipment (the third at this point), which I'm not convinced will reach me before Thanksgiving. Or ever. Finally, they claim their product is made in the US, but the tracking information they provided shows it shipping from China. Their support team repeatedly denied this until I provided screenshots, at which point they ignored that point.
