There’s was an issue of receiving the wrong item- and I texted them- and it was resolved so quickly- I got the correct item in the original time frame which was super quick!!. Great customer service via texting- makes it so easy to address an issue. Great quality product- and easy to contact company with issues by texting them. Very good- highly recommend.
