It took longer than expected (3 days) to receive the reply. I'd already checked the trip provider's (Intrepid) tour details and I had asked specific question in my inquiry. Instead Stride got the trip provider (Intrepid) to send me same details that you can find on their website. Personalised customer experience was missing.
