It made searching so easy. The reviews helped me avoid tours with bad guides, and annoying travelers and find safe tours. They had so many reviews that I was pretty confident I was going to get what I pay for. I can even see which trips don't have a jam packed schedule so I can have plenty of time to wander, kick back, decompress and absorb the experience.
