I wanted to set the record straight -- we had not received a reply for requested accommodations photos for a trip to Greece, and gave a poor rating; after learning that the tour operator was located in CA and delayed by the wildfires, we have been contacted by both Stride and provided photos by the tour operator. Very impressive response, considering the circumstances!
