The service was good and fast. The big issue is that I was purchasing from Italy and during the on line order there is not mention, warning, etc that custom duties have to be paid (I was thinking embedded in shipping costs). At the end I paid 50 euros taxes for approx 100 euro order. After may compleins, they told me I should have read the "terms and conditions"....
