I returned a pair of shoes 14th July. Still no refund. Have been fobed off three times by them on the phone saying it’s been paid!
No they say it’s gone to Klarna, and they will pay me back?
It’s now 21st September and no sign yet of the refund!
Why Klarna? It’s my refund due??
Never buy from them again!
