Suffer from back pain and plantar facitiis and no shoes I have previously worn helped , another brand also beginning with S made me suffer severe knee pain , since wearing Strive sandals and boots I am now almost pain free the difference is wonderful they are so comfortable and clearly support your feet in all the right places

Beware the way this company operates. They accept an order and take your money and then take 4 days to tell you that the product is out of stock. Refunds are slow as well, up to 5 days

Was in the process of putting an order for 2 pairs but then noticed if i would need to return i would have to pay for return myself I think that’s terrible All good companies do free returns and the fact for this company or any other company says a customer pays for their own return tells me the company has no faith in their products Decided not to order

Non existent customer service. Haven't responded to a single query I've sent. Delivery took weeks and I still haven't received my refund for shoes returned over a month ago. I

Bought a pair of Sandringham boots in October, the leather is soft that is the only good thing I can say about them. There is a leather backing sewn in the heel and no matter what I do it still rubs the skin off my heels it is really sharpe. The inside sole is padded but obviously my feet must be shaped differently to other peoples, the arch isn't even in the same place as mine. I do find they make my back and hips hurt. Have today decided they will be going in the charity bag.

I was sorry to hear that you have found the Sandringham boots not to be suitable. Our foot bed is designed to support the arch, however as feet are as individual as we are this will not suitable for everyone. This is the reason we offer the 30 day comfort guarantee where we will return and refund an item on your first order if the foot bed is not suitable or comfortable for you.

These so-called orthotic slippers hurt my right foot so I can’t wear them. I gave them a chance by following the break in recommendations an now it’s too late to return them. I overlooked the fact that the fur trim on the left slipper was almost nonexistent compared to the right one. There is obviously no quality control here.

Best sandals I've ever put on my feet, I absolutely love them, will never ever wear any other sandals, I've bought 5 pairs, can't say enough about them. Xx

I have just taken delivery of my Sandringham dark brown boots and I love them. Delivered within a few days of ordering. Excellence quality item, very good price.

I have several pairs of Strive sandals. They are the only footwear I can wear all day in comfort. However I have some sandals made in Pakistan and others made in Vietnam. The difference is huge. The quality of those in Vietnam is far superior to those made in Pakistan. The fit is better and materials used is better quality. In future I will aske place of manufacture before buying. Customer service is very good and delivery took 3 working days.

Bought a pair of sandals in on-line sale. The ad omitted to state they were nubuck, and not the usual leather. Poor customer service, ‘nubuck is leather’. My request to escalate to a Manager is unanswered.

Placed my order in February early and have not yet received. My product. Shoes were well over $100. It is impossible to reach these people they will not use their phones. They all say mailboxes are full. The company that sells them charm footwear in Ohio has now taken their number off and I’d like to know the corporate address for Strive Footwear Inquiring email was answered one time which stated shoes were in process for shipping whatever that means.

Sandals received, one strap an inch longer than the other. One back strap bigger than the other, one front cross strap saggy compared to other foot. Telephoned and told I had to send photos before they would give me a free returns label. Finally received this after a number of emails. Asked for my original postage to be refunded as the sandals were not fit for purpose. Customer service were vague with brief email replies. Finally had a reply confirming that when sandals returned a full refund including my postage would be given. UNTRUE, today refund given without my postage being refunded. Customer service totally uninterested . I will never use this company again.

I received worn and damaged sandals and have tried multiple times to reach them for a return label. The US phone number doesn't have VM set up. I was emailed back ONCE but they didn't address my email - they just told me my shoes had been delivered...Very shady company. Would never buy from them again. The sandal straps also seemed very flimsy.

I ordered 2 pair of sandals in size US 8 but I received both pair in size US 7. The cost was $197.91. There is no way to return them! The (360) 363-4807 has a full mailbox continuously. I have No return address to mail them back at my expense for their mistake.

I ordered from Strive and for the first time I found sandals that had good support for my fallen Arch. However, one pair were definitely not wide enough while the other pair have been ok but still not quite wide enough. Would be better if you did have a wider fit. My biggest gripe is the returns policy. I did read that you have to pay for your returns but if you order another pair/size you will get a free returns label for that pair should they not fit. I paid £9.30 to return a pair of sandals hence the reason why I will never order from you again, I simply could not afford to keep returning and as you do not have any shops local to me to return to. Your shoes are not cheap and you really need to think out your returns policy as I am in no doubt that you will have lost of lot of custom from other customers like you have me. I like some more of your sandals but simply will not order in case they are not wide enough or not right fit, simply cannot afford to keep sending back.

Don’t buy from their website! I received used shoes being sold as new. Can’t get anyone to communicate with me by phone or e mail. Pretty shady sales and return practices. While I read the return policy before purchasing I wasn’t aware they would have to be sent back to the UK. That’s not where my shoe purchase shipment originated. I would have never ordered from them if the actual returns address location had been clearly posted. Oh well. Live and learn.

Tried to return the shoes as they did not fit. The shipping cost was three times the cost of the shoes. The shoes were shipped from the U.S. but the return required that the shoes be returned to the U.K. to the tune of over $270.00. Something is not right here. My husband says I have been scammed. BEWARE.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on the 15th March, told it would be a 2 day delivery. Its now 31st March, and they still haven’t arrived. I have contacted the company at least 6 times for updates. Very disappointing from start to finish.

Ok, so I haven't actually ordered..I was very nearly ready to check out £100 worth of shoes but it was making me accept terms and conditions for Klarna which I didn't want to do as I was paying up front. So I sent a message to customer services asking about that and also whether they do free returns. Someone got back to me with a vague answer about Klarna and no reference to returns. So I sent a reply saying they hadn't answered my questions and they have ignored my second message. Beautiful footwear, this could be an amazing brand as not much out there with attractive orthotic shoes. With so many companies out nowadays making purchases and returns easy, Strive is destined to go nowhere fast with their poor level of customer service. Really loved the shoes but won't be ordering, I don't give my money to companies that make things difficult.

Just to make other purchasers aware that because Strive don’t offer free returns you will need to pay for returns and include insurance because of the value of the shoes When I sent 2 unsuitable pairs of sandals back had to pay £11.50 to ensure had insurance cover for £180 via signed for Royal Mail Probably best to buy via a shop to be sure the fit is good Also had to email to generate a returns RAN number with Strive which is another layer to the return The delivery arrived via courier with no information as to when would be delivered Luckily we were home
