Ordered two pairs of slippers on 20/11/24. Money was immediately taken out.
In the ensuing weeks I sent two emails asking where they were but got no reply. On 13.11.24 I received an email that they were unable to complete the order and my money would be returned in 3 to 5 days. As a loyal customer in the past I was appalled and will not be using them again
