Further to my last review it is now 22nd February. I have so far received a refund for one pair of slippers. That happened in January after prompting them. I am now trying to chase them for a refund for second pair of slippers ordered at the same time and postage. If you order and don’t receive an item, keep an eye on your bank statements to check for refund. They seem very happy to take money and gain interest on it but very reluctant to refund money.
