Once your order is placed it arrives quickly and well packaged. I recently placed an order for my usual shoe size but unfortunately they were too big, upon emailing to see if it was possible to exchange them I received a reply immediately with a postage paid label to return them and a new pair will be sent in return . I have numerous styles of shoes/sandals from this company and they are so comfortable and really help my plantar fasciitis. Great comfort and quality.
