Had a very small order (3 chicks) and didn’t realize it would take 6 months to ship at time of purchase. By the time I received my shipping confirmation & realized how long it was going to take, decided to cancel the order right away. Was charged $10 to cancel. Did not see that coming. Bottom line is, if you have a small order, take your business somewhere else. Local feed stores might be a safer bet. Strombergs was a big disappointment, really enjoy giving my hard earned money away for nothing.
