This is my 2nd purchase from Stronger - the Y-Bells are super cool. But my review is about their customer ethos, which I got to see up close because my order went wrong. And in my experience, that's when you see the best or worst in people. What I saw was the best:). My order disappeared upon delivery. There was a signature but not mine, and some details that didn't match up. So together with the the lead team member we became sleuths. Never actually solving the mystery but having a lot of bonding moments along the journey. It ended well, with a replacement order sent out. But I got to see their true commitment and experience some fun rather than frustration. I'll forever be a fan. Thanks Stronger.
