“This is my 2nd purchase from Stronger - the Y-Bells are super cool. But my review is about their customer ethos, which I got to see up close because my order went wrong. And in my experience, that's when you see the best or worst in people. What I saw was the best:). My order disappeared upon delivery. There was a signature but not mine, and some details that didn't match up. So together with the the lead team member we became sleuths. Never actually solving the mystery but having a lot of bonding moments along the journey. It ended well, with a replacement order sent out. But I got to see their true commitment and experience some fun rather than frustration. I'll forever be a fan. Thanks Stronger.”

“I ordered a barber and weights set for Body Pump. I received the bar a few days later but no sign of the weights or the bar clips. I've contacted CS and they haven't given a specific date, I'm really disappointed. I really don't like having to chase after an order. It's been more than a week since I placed my order. I've asked how to cancel, return the parcel that I have and get a refund but haven't even got a reply about that either.”

Hello Emilia, please accept our sincere apologies for the weights and clips of your body pump barbell set not arriving at the same time as the barbell. The courier sometimes splits pieces of a shipment and delivers them on different days. In this instance, they may have been lost, so we have sent a replacement set of weights to you, but if you still wish to cancel the order and get a refund, of course, we can help with that. We have emailed you directly.

“Very happy with the products that I received but the weights and bar came on separate days and like other customers have noted, the collars didn't fit. I initially didn't have any response to my emails but after leaving a 3 star review I received a very apologetic phone call and had new collars a day later. Great customer service and genuine with it.”

Hello Steve, please accept our sincere apologies for sending the wrong collars - a larger pair has been sent to you, which hopefully have arrived by now and are a better fit. Apologies also for not responding to your two emails. We cannot locate them - please can you advise which platform you sent them via? Many thanks Steve.
