No tracking of my item for days, which is relatively understandable considering the pandemic. I still haven't received my parcel. What I like less, however, is the fact that I've been waiting for a reply since Wednesday after sending a request to your customer service email (today's Saturday) . I've gone through worse, but definitely also better
