“Horrible experience. I ordered a limited edition leather coat which was not delivered by DHL to my US address. After dealing with DHL and customer service at Stuart’s for over one week, I have become disgusted and disappointed by both. I am not sure whether I have been treated so poorly because I do not live in London, but you had no problem accepting my money, only problems with supporting your customers! I have NOT received the item and now need to spend a lot of time trying to get a refund for non delivery. Both DHL and Stuart’s should be closed down since they care very little for their customers. If you don’t want to deal with US customers then don’t accept their money!”

“The price is right to purchase from Stuarts. It was simple process, and quick shipping to the US (California), so all the way across the country and the ocean. Looked for the type of Naked and Famous for a reasonable price, and found it here! Thank the gods.”

“Purchased a Belstaff sweatshirt, in the image the sweatshirt was show as sage green with a black and gold badge. However upon arrival, the sweatshirt was a different tone of green with a black on green badge. Okay I was not too bothered, but for someone who specifically wanted that colour then it would probably have been returned. Secondly the product was delivered to the wrong address, the house number was incorrect, and not the number I quoted when placing the order. Had to collect the parcel from another address in the street.”

“I've made three purchases from Stuarts of London and all went smoothly, especially since I live in The States. I love their selection of clothes that I cannot easily find and their exclusive merch is cool too. Their prices are good as well. They are definitely my go to online british clothing store. If I lived in London I'd shop there all the time.”
