“Ordered an amazing Fred Perry black watch jacket . It was a speedy , well packed delivery and I was kept well informed of delivery times by the delivery company. Sadly the jacket was too small so had to return. As the value of the jacket was over a certain amount it was recommended to send back special delivery. This cost me £15 . One of the perils of ordering online if the company doesn’t have free returns.”

“Hola. Todavia no he recibido el paquete. Desde el 21 de Diciembre estoy realizando los trámites aduaneros para recibirlo en mi domicilio. Es un trámite que requiere mucha paciencia y acierto. Por otro lado tengo que felicitar a Starts London por que fué facil la compra y también fueron muy atentos. El envio hasta España aduanas fué rapido. Confio en que todo vaya bien en los próximos dias y finalmente disfrutar de la prenda adquirida. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención. Un saludo,Juanjo.”

“Total hassle. I purchased the Real Hoxton Mac Coat - Pow (Real Hoxton Mac Coat - Pow) · Color: POW, Size: XXL. Didn't fit at all. Staff is difficult and obtuse. I will never buy anything from these people again. Didn't include an invoice sheet in the package sent. On top of it, DHL was horrible. Despite having paid extra for quick delivery, they were late "because the driver was working a long day."”
