I bought a pair of StuartsxSebago penny loafer cordovan in my usual uk size 10 as I am a euro 44 in leather shoes. Apparently your uk 10 is not equivalent to eur 11, but is a eur 10.5. Surprising as every brogue or loafer I bought in uk size 10 is usually the perfect fit. The shoe looked very nice of course, but was, not only too small but I was also stepping out of it... Very strange combination... I'm sending it back from Canada for refund, but then what a drag to realize that because of your no pre-paid shipping label policy, or any kind of decent customer service, it costed me 400$ cad(!) to send it with a courier... So this has been my first and last experience with your company, unfortunately a very bitter one. Laurent Wanson Saskatoon, SK Canada

Not really satisfied as spending a lot of money thought I might have had some discount or money refunded as there was a mark on one of the jumpers but nothing

I sent back item and have heard nothing whatsoever and now you want me to write a review, this is very poor, at moment I am 9n holiday but back on the 15th, the trousers I sent back via royal mail tracked post so will be taking it up when back

Terrible Experience! I purchased on the 6th January Order 773598 (destination Spain) and today I haven´t still received it!!!!!!. This seller uses the cheapest Public Carriers possible and in my case the parcel is in a laberythin of import documents, bureacracy and paperwork that the Seller assumes I have to do????????? The parcel is now in a limbo, impossible to solve by a particular. Why don´t you use Fedex or UPS? Why Royal Mail and Correos??????

Package never arrived and Stuarts seems dead set on not resolving the issue. Uniquely unhelpful customer service and no attempt whatsoever to rectify the problem.

Total hassle. I purchased the Real Hoxton Mac Coat - Pow (Real Hoxton Mac Coat - Pow) · Color: POW, Size: XXL. Didn't fit at all. Staff is difficult and obtuse. I will never buy anything from these people again. Didn't include an invoice sheet in the package sent. On top of it, DHL was horrible. Despite having paid extra for quick delivery, they were late "because the driver was working a long day."

Horrible experience. I ordered a limited edition leather coat which was not delivered by DHL to my US address. After dealing with DHL and customer service at Stuart’s for over one week, I have become disgusted and disappointed by both. I am not sure whether I have been treated so poorly because I do not live in London, but you had no problem accepting my money, only problems with supporting your customers! I have NOT received the item and now need to spend a lot of time trying to get a refund for non delivery. Both DHL and Stuart’s should be closed down since they care very little for their customers. If you don’t want to deal with US customers then don’t accept their money!

I ordered a Baracuta jacket in mid November, and am still yet to receive it. I contacted Stuarts who told me it could be another 3 weeks due to the Royal Mail be busy! They also told me to contact customs! Poor service and poor choice of courier! Please use DHL going forward.

I ordered a Patagonia rain jacket on next day delivery (£9.95 postage) and it took five days to arrive, when I asked for the postage to be refunded I was refused.

Bought some trainers which were too small, Stuart’s didn’t have the next size so couldn’t take advantage of their ‘free exchange’. Instead I had to pay £14 to send the shoes back so that I could receive a refund. I bought the shoes in good faith and in the size I always have but am now out of pocket. Not sure this way of treating on-line customers is actually legal! Anyway, certainly won’t be buying anything else from them, as I can’t take a chance on them being the correct fit. Awful way to treat customers.
