They delivered the shoes quickly, but sent the wrong color. In the meantime, the color I originally ordered sold out, and I wasn’t offered any discount or solution. Now I’m stuck either keeping the shoes in the wrong color or dealing with the hassle of returning them to the UK from Europe, including paying taxes and additional costs.

Purchased a Belstaff sweatshirt, in the image the sweatshirt was show as sage green with a black and gold badge. However upon arrival, the sweatshirt was a different tone of green with a black on green badge. Okay I was not too bothered, but for someone who specifically wanted that colour then it would probably have been returned. Secondly the product was delivered to the wrong address, the house number was incorrect, and not the number I quoted when placing the order. Had to collect the parcel from another address in the street.

Firstly, have no problems with Stuarts as an operation; they process the order efficiently and diligently. However the quality of what I bought was junk, frankly. I bought a Sergio Tacchini x Stuarts cardigan just to wear in the house and even by those standards , it is rubbish and barely functional. It fits poorly, has no shape and the materials are harsh and thin. I don't expect it to last long. At £80 it was almost certainly made in a sweatshop somewhere and again, the lack of transparency ticks me off. I'm guessing the kind of person who is in the market for this is expecting to wear this outdoors and my advice to them is don't waste your money. Total junk

The item had to be returned, nothing wrong with it, just I didn’t like how the sandals looked on. It cost me £5.99 to return them. On top of that I paid £119 for the sandals and they returned £115.05 - so all in all cost me £10 for the privilege. I wasn’t going to leave a review but they did email me to ask for one so here is my honest review. I feel it’s slightly wrong to be charged the return delivery, but then to receive less than the item cost me is just too much! I will avoid using this company in the future.

The service was good, but the product unacceptable. There was a mark on the Fila badge and several areas of loose hem. I will try to visit the store in the near future, but would not order online again.

The shorts actually look good, however, the size is not at all what I had shopped for. My search was for XL or XXL size and the response from Stuarts London was Size 38. I expected that to be a 38 inch waist like it does in any other country that uses imperial measurement. The shorts that I received are XS or XXS and I can't even pull them up beyond my knees. Such a disappointing waste of my time, effort and money. Never again Stuarts London.

Paid returns, really, really annoys me. More so when the sizing is absolutely ao wide of the mark that it’d be funny id it wasn’t for the scam that is paid returns.

Normally pretty good, but I've moved to Ireland and got charged TAX before I could get my stuff. Stuart's had already charged me TAX. I sent them an email but not heard back.

My experience was unfortunately not good as an international buyer as their payment processing did not account for shipping fees properly. After payment, I was informed that I needed to pay almost 300$ extra for shipping, which I had to refuse. I was refunded but due to currency exchange rates and bank fees, the refund had a 30$ difference so in the end, I lost 30$ and ended up empty-handed for trying to buy a snow peak item from this company.

I purchased a Real Hoxton leather coat. The delivery service was excellent. I coat is size Medium and fits perfectly. However, there is a belt that comes with the coat and it was far too big. It was clearly a belt for a size XL at the least. I sent an email explaining that it appeared to be the wrong size of belt. The return email said that I should return the full garment. I telephoned and spoke to someone in customer service and she didn’t seem particularly interested and just said return the coat. I took the belt to a tailor and had it altered at my own expense.

I purchsed a gift voucher online as a gift and expected the voucher to be mailed to me. Whilst I received an order confirmation I have never received the voucher itself, despite writing in to your customer service department. Dispapointing as providing the recipient with an order confirmation is not ideal. This is unprofessional and a missed branding opportunity for Stuarts.

I have used Stuart’s many many times and have always found them to be a good business with great brands and often discounted to a good price with a quick efficient delivery service however my most recent purchase a belstaff jumper original price £250.00 on sale then 20% off total £189.24 went missing DPD just left parcel at front door in full view of street and parcel went missing DpD to blame totally nothing to do with Stuart’s however got in touch with Stuart’s and over a week later no resolution so contacted PayPal who I purchased through luckily and they have after a further 8 days resolved issue with a full refund so on this occasion I believe DPD are totally to blame for an totally inadequate poor delivery service also I think Stuart’s are at blame for not resolving the issue no where near quickly enough just glad I purchased through PayPal or maybe I would have lost purchase price and had no goods for money

Bought a pair of jeans that didn’t fit right, no issue with that. But no returns label supplied and also not allowed to drop back to the ewarehouse, despite living 20 minutes from there. So had to post back on an insured service at a cost of over £10. So it cost me £10 to NOT have a pair of jeans. Haven’t experienced any other shop that don’t provide a returns service.

I was disappointed in your mistake as these caps were going to South Africa, luckily I checked before flying out. I had received both Stetson Hats but noticed the price tag on both caps is £79.00 each. A big price difference as the black one you charged me for was £169.00, hence the return. Do have any similiar black caps at £79.00 ? so that I can reorder ?

The Mephisto shoes that I ordered arrived and had clearly been worn and returned stock! There was small stones and glass in the soles and the insole heal was smudged which is the type of wear you expect when they have been on your feet for more time than just trying them on. Wasn’t happy, especially at the price!
