Clothing range is second to none but the returns policy is woeful,you shouldnt have to pay to return items of clothing,fir an exchange or no exchange

I had no luck, to be sincere. Hopefully was just an unfortunate case, but since Brexit, it is very important that everything runs well and smooth to avoid returns, and that was not the case. But as said, in my case, everything went wrong so, I want to believe that was the exception Apart of it, customer service replies fast and behaves empathic and polite.

Bought a Tejana Thin Cord Jacket - Abbey Stone, BUT: The color of the jacket is absolutely not matching with the colour on the website which is grey-green, but the jacket itself is just grey. That's a disappointment.

Hey team, I’m sure this is just a lesser situation than normally happens but to be honest I am a little disappointed. First I wasn’t sent a tracking number email and had to follow up 5 days after purchase. I am also still waiting for my item from 7th July purchase and it’s 20th July now. Looks like the item hasn’t moved since 9th July from the UK. I am really looking forward to getting my item at some stage in the future and I’m sure not all experiences with Stuart’s are like this.

I want to leave 5 but the courier company let the whole experience down. Communication through Stuarts was exemplary, but i wouldnt buy again if they are to continue using DX Express. DX tracking is misleading, it makes u believe you will get your parcel sooner than you think. Then they lie when they say the parcel has been delivered especially when you have been outside your property at the time you get a text to say a card has been left, but there have been no vehicles around for us to see. The phone number on web is automated, you cannot get to talk to anyone only through webchat. They were helpful to a point, said they would get back to me but never did! Then was never informed of redelivery and parcel turned up monday, by then too late. Change your courier Stuarts, pls, this is not the first time over this specified weekend have i heard bad comments regarding DX.

Placed an order on the 28th of may to be send to the Netherlands. Today it’s the 11th of june and haven’t received anything yet. Contacted their customer service about this and they were friendly and understanding. I guess O should never choose standard shipment with Royal mail again. I just don’t understand why they don’t ship with dhl or ups etc like every other company. But ok I quess I just have to wait if and when my package will arrive soon.

I am happy about your service, but very disappointed about the tax inter countries. I paid already almost 20 pounds on your website to receive my package. When you sent the package, I received a email that I have to pay more 46,50 euros more for taxes if I want to receive my package in a country out of England. IT IS VERY NICE AND BETTER TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR TAXES OUT OF ENGLAND

Ordered shoes of which one shoe was perfect but the other shoe had scratches with dirt marks on sole. I emailed but received no reply.

I ordered a size 4.5 Madrid Birkenstock and was sent a size 4. Then I had the privilege for having to spend £8.00 to return the item. On a positive note the refund was very quick.

It has been more than three weeks after my order is confirmed, but the status is still showing : Item leaving the UK Not sure why it took this long? Maybe I’ll receive it next year?

Not great, item dispatched on time but sadly did t fit, no free returns so had to pay to return and now, six days after being told I was in the process of having a refund, I’ve still not had it.

The clothes are lovely but I had to return a pair of jeans as they were to long had to pay £8.95 to return them Wich I think is off putting to use you again

Sorry bt cant leave a good review as my order was sent back with a returns note stating to send other item, bt sum1 couldnt take the time to read it, now i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund so i can re purchase, then the delivery time,

I cannot review the product (shoes) properly as they have not arrived yet. I ordered them on 18 October but they appear to be stuck somewhere. I have contacted the postal service and Stuarts themselves but they say to wait longer. I'm sure the shoes will be good when I get them but at the moment I am very frustrated.

I think Stuarts London teamed with an irresponsible courier partner. Stuarts London itself was efficient enough to despatch purchased goods onorder #570765 (WEB570765) , but the DPD courier failed to deliver the goods between 20-21 September 2022 time slot, I have to rescheduling my timetable and stay home. When I contacted Stuarts office on 22 September the next day, they told me that my shoes will be delivered later that same day. Soon as I finished talking on the phone, I received an email message from Stuarts/Dandy of dpd.co.uk that I have asked them to change delivery date to Friday the day after. I called Stuarts office again and they insisted I have asked to cahnge the date of delivery which I have never done. When I ask them to cancel my order and stop the delivery, they told me I need to wait for the arrival of goods then send it back to them. I have to reschedule my timetable once more for another day until I received my shoes. I initially thought of returning the goods to Stuarts but consider all the hassles, I kept the shoes. I am totally not satisfied with Stuarts and I am not confident to shop with Stuarts again.
