I purchased a pair of boots and the same day I received them, they were on sale for $80 less. In short the (( I called overseas )) to get the difference and was told NO. I really feel that I got beat from one of my most favorite clothing spots. This would have been five stars however, with shipping it was just over a $100 difference.

I was recommended to Stuarts from a friend of mine here in the states (USA) who has had good things to say. Sadly my first and possible last experience was not so good. Being in America I expected my package to arrival to be delayed with customs and the holiday season. My package arrival time was not the issue. The issue was my package arrived damaged. My box was wet to the point it had lost its structured. Somebody put a completely wet box of boots into a completely dry box and sent it to me. Of course I received my package and was confused on not only what was going on but how it happened. I reached out to Stuarts via phone since I am in another country to get the problem resolved. The informed me that the mistake was not their doing, but since they are who I spent my money with I felt it was their responsibility none the less. They then informed me they would reach out to timberland and attempt to get a replacement box which I knew was not going to happen but went along with the attempt to make it right. To no surprise to me stuarts informed me they were unable to get a replacement box from timberland. They then informed me that they could offer me 15% off on the boots or I could return them. Being that it had already taken over a week to get the boots I figured it would take just along to return them and get my refund. I informed Trevor my concerns and felt that 15% was too low and thought 25% would be fair. Before coming to this number I checked their website and seen they were selling boots for 30-40% off so I figured 25% wasn't asking for too much. Knowing they would have to pay for return shipping and that they would have to try to resell the boots that were shipped damp without a box because the box they was shipped wet to the point of no use would be simpler to give a customer a better discount. At 243.00 Dollars you just have better expectations or the merchandise and the company you are spending your money with. If Stuarts would have been in driving distance I would have returned this stuff the day I got it but since its in another country and I liked the boots I just said forget and kept them. I would be cautious doing business with them in the future especially if you are from out of the country.

I’m still waiting for my delivery. As mentioned that i will receive my delivery on 29th but it’s not been received yet.

Was charged nearly the same price in customs charges as the product no notification was given that customs was not included when shipping outside mainland England. Most shops now include or notify of customs charges.

I spent £350 on some clothes but I still had to pay £9 to send one item back. I should have checked the Stuarts London returns process before obviously, but I am really unimpressed that returns are not covered at all.

Received my redwing boots which I'm happy with and are a great fit. How ever one of the laces are worn at the top and don't look like they will last long. The boots are supposed to be new. Not happy with this.

The item arrived much later than was apparent during ordering. This made the received item obsolete the moment it arrived.

Hello, quality of your products is ok, but sending back a parcel to the UK is a 'pain in the ass' sorry for this expression .. no other deals because of this.

3.95 delivery charge and no free returns so will cost nearly a tenner in postage! Won’t be using Stuarts again, i’ll find a competitor who offers a better customer experience!

Bought the wrong size shoe and returns cost more than 50% of the cost of the shoe itself. I would suggest US buyers be aware of this when purchasing.

I haven’t received my parcel but just got an announcement of it being brought to the local post office here in Germany. The notification says that I have to pay an additional 96 Euros (around 80 £) for fees and taxes as this is an import from a non EU country…thank you, Brexiteers. But jokes aside. I would recommend you to be more transparent about this during the buying process on your website. Even though there might be a hint on that topic to be found somewhere it wasn’t all that obvious to me personally.

Leider habe ich den Artikel noch nicht erhalten. Laut der Sendungsverfolgung befindet sich der Artikel noch am Flughafen in Frankfurt

Whilst the service was excellent, the C17 shirt I purchased was terrible. Felt very cheap, ridiculously long arms, and resembled an old rag after the first wash making ironing near impossible.

Shoes came pretty quick but I wanted to do a return. Their return policy is hell! If there's even a 2% chance you might return the shoes, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. It cost $40 and you have to take it to DHL. Terrible system

Very disappointed with sizing of to vintage Fila tops, sizes bore no relation to previous tops from Fila. Came up very small

Not happy at all. They seem to have a detailed information about the delivery cost. However, when it arrived at the border I was informed by my country postal services I had to pay EUR31, almost the value of what I bought. I emailed them to get further information but I never received any feedbacks.
