Hello, quality of your products is ok, but sending back a parcel to the UK is a 'pain in the ass' sorry for this expression .. no other deals because of this.

3.95 delivery charge and no free returns so will cost nearly a tenner in postage! Won’t be using Stuarts again, i’ll find a competitor who offers a better customer experience!

Bought the wrong size shoe and returns cost more than 50% of the cost of the shoe itself. I would suggest US buyers be aware of this when purchasing.

I haven’t received my parcel but just got an announcement of it being brought to the local post office here in Germany. The notification says that I have to pay an additional 96 Euros (around 80 £) for fees and taxes as this is an import from a non EU country…thank you, Brexiteers. But jokes aside. I would recommend you to be more transparent about this during the buying process on your website. Even though there might be a hint on that topic to be found somewhere it wasn’t all that obvious to me personally.

Leider habe ich den Artikel noch nicht erhalten. Laut der Sendungsverfolgung befindet sich der Artikel noch am Flughafen in Frankfurt

Whilst the service was excellent, the C17 shirt I purchased was terrible. Felt very cheap, ridiculously long arms, and resembled an old rag after the first wash making ironing near impossible.

Shoes came pretty quick but I wanted to do a return. Their return policy is hell! If there's even a 2% chance you might return the shoes, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. It cost $40 and you have to take it to DHL. Terrible system

Very disappointed with sizing of to vintage Fila tops, sizes bore no relation to previous tops from Fila. Came up very small

Not happy at all. They seem to have a detailed information about the delivery cost. However, when it arrived at the border I was informed by my country postal services I had to pay EUR31, almost the value of what I bought. I emailed them to get further information but I never received any feedbacks.

Birkenstock Arizona advertised on website as regular fit when received they were narrow fit so ended up having to pay to return.

Amazing shirts and quality but cut very small. I'm normally a 2xl. I would have probably needed a 3xl or 4xl. I only say 4xl because they are that long in length either.

Unfortunately the shoes should have been a size 10 but they were virtually an 11 and on top of that I had to pay £5.00 returns postage.I will now only purchase from companies who offer free p&p

Rather disappointed to find that Redwing boots were shown as £244 on website and thought I'd snap up a bargain. But when I made purchase on site the only choice appeared to be Paypal or Amazon Pay and when clicked on purchase was presented with full price at £269.00, so no bargain to be sought after all. Thought I'd be able to make payment direct to Stuarts and avoid middle man. Not happy with service.

I bought three expensive items. One was XL and I would have happily exchanged it for L but it was out of stock. If I exchanged it, return postage would have been free. I rang and asked if I could have returns label in this case, since I was keeping 2 items. There was no flexiblity and a curt reply. Good quality clothes but I won't use you again.

Good delivery options and I received the item quickly. Unfortunately the item wasn’t suitable and they do not offer free returns, only offering a discounted service that covers up to £50. So after returning the item with full insurance (the item cost just over £150) it has ended up costing me £15 just to try the item on.
