Great service product and price. Unfortunately getting a customs bill b if €39 totally destroyed my experience. Be great to see Stuartslondon.com do what do many other companies do and ensure there is nothing to pay extra as now it didn't make sense to be a customer.

Re: Product Code M6000-T15-L -Fred Perry Shirt (68855) The shirt seems to have a design fault because the armpit area is uncomfortable. There seems to be a problem at the armpit and sleeve. I have to be stretching the armpit area to find some comfort. Re: OAS Company Polo Shirt Product Code- 7003-109 -L (70613) The shirt seems ok so far

i have to tell you that the trousers definately aren't stay-pressed. i have had three pairs of these Real Hoxton trousers from other sellers, but they were from HR's first lot of colours from over a year ago. these new colours they've released recently haven't had the treatment that's necessary. earlier in the year, i bought one of the new colours which were't stay-pressed, and now i have these new colours also, from yourselves. i complained in the past to Real Hoxton, but they just said they've sold loads, and that's that!!

I love Stuarts - for my money they are the best mens clothes shop for style, range and quality. Ive bought several lovely high quality items from them. However, their despatch times are not good. I ordered a lovely Fred Perry pointelle shirt to wear on holiday. I ordered it midday on Saturday but it was not dispatched until the following Tuesday! I paid extra for next day delivery but only recieved it on the Wednesday evening. Fortunately the parcel arrived just as we were leaving and was able to take it as hand luggage . The Monday was a bank holiday but the item should have been dispatched on the Saturday.

I still haven’t received my order and it is being investigated’ by the courier/Stuarts, I find this really unusual as normally Stuart’s are really prompt when dispatching goods and I have experienced no issues up until now. The customer services team I didn’t feel were particularly professional when dealing with the issue when I raised it to them but their is still time to make amends.

I am very happy with the shoes I bought. Not only are the a gorgeous color, they were also very reasonably priced compared to other listings elsewhere. Icwill say however I got no response from customer service after reaching out about my order, and had to manually find a way to track my order internationally, as I have never ordered with them before.

Thank you for the delivery. However, my delivery was delayed after paying for expressed shipping and delivery. It was delayed since I had both the addresses of my P.O. Box and Physical address together initally. I was email to give my physical address. So, I had to send and only give my physical address. But, ironically, the delivery ended up delivered two weeks later via my P.O. Box. This is why I initially gave both my P.O. Box and physical address in the first place to avoid any delays. Especially after I payed extra for express delivery. I would like to order more items from your awesome company, but I hope that this delay does not occur again. I am afraid that if I place another order with my physical address or P.O. Box address that this delay will happen again. Thank you for your time. -Gary

I like the design of the socks and the feel of the fabric however the fabric is thin, the elastic is questionable, I think it will stretch out rather quickly. The sock's rise is short in comparison to other socks. Time will tell if I purchase more, these socks are rather pricey, definitely a splurge.

When I got the jacket I didn’t notice until after I had worn it out for the first, where my friend pointed out the feint purple line down my back. It looks like the zipper must have dyed from the inside out on the back of the jacket. If possible I would much appreciate some compensation. Other than that it’s a class piece just gutted that it came like this.

Ordered a Filson jacket. Good price. Fairly long delivery but around New Year so expected the delay. Unfortunately item didn't fit. Very costly to return (£18)

Website stated Tshirt was available in my size which is why I purchased two items. Days later informed my size wasn't available but by then hat was already dispatched otherwise I'd have ordered what I wanted elsewhere. Couldn't fault speed of delivery.

The website is really good and delivery was quick with out issue. But the only issue I have is that when we had to return the item we had to pay for it to be returned do paying delivery cost effectively twice you should offer free returns that's what I think.

The right hand glove had a line of scratch on it. It’s not from the original hide but post manufacturing. The postal service was good. I will definitely order again. Hopefully, a bit more care with QC.

Product great but didn’t suit me. Delivery speed very good. How the coat has been packaged had messed up the large collar and I believe it would’ve taken a lot of work to get it right again. I had to return and was surprised at how limiting the return option were and that it was nearly £5. I accept returns are expensive but this seemed a couple of pounds too much. Great price though and not put off using them again as the range and depth of choice here is outstanding. Return felt with quickly and without fuss

Ordered a barracuda jacket it’s really doesn’t fit need a bigger size but it’s going to cost me fifty dollars to ship it back that’s crazy
