I am a bit disappointed with the services of stusrt london, 10 days ago I made the krder and I cannot track the delivery and I dont have any update of the delivery

Ok, but the item I ordered didn't fit, so I contacted them for an exchange and was sent a label to print and return, instead of a QR code and I don't have a printer, so that was pretty useless. They then advised me the size I wanted to exchange for wasn't in stock, so I asked for a refund which they sent but knocked off the price of postage which, according to the Consumer Contract Regulations introduced in 2014, is illegal.

Everything showed up in a reasonable amount of time. The downside of buying from the UK is returns are really not feasible. The weak spot is that you do not list spec's on product pages. Specifically the shorts I ordered where a 5"inseam. The image gave the impression that they may be 7" when compared to other photos of styles that were clearly 5". Just will not buy garments without spec's listed in the future.

Took a while for my package to arrive have to send it back got the wrong size . Hopefully I will get it sorted out.

Having to pay for returns is disappointing and an added extra cost to items already costing a considerable amount. Free returns would be better to returning customers.

My Birkenstocks never arrived? So after a while i was refunded so disappointed as wanted them for a holiday Once I contacted Stuarts they Did reply but was much to late

Got sent the wrong jeans, refunded but initially was deducted for the delivery which they gave back once I emailed them. Still cost me to send back though which I thought should have been covered as it was their mistake.

I am very disappointed, because there are lots of nice clothes that i would like to buy, however after purchasing a pair of jeans that i needed to return i realised that the returns process is an absolute headache, totally put me off from buying online from them.

Good selection of clothes and reasonably priced during the sales, but I won't shop here again due to the prohibitive costs of returning unwanted items. Appreciate it's expensive for a retailer if they are paying for postage both ways, but it cost me £15 to return a load of gear that didn't fit in order to insure it to the £300 value of the items. Can't be doing that constantly.

I would like to give Stuarts 5 stars but I am afraid I cannot because they use the services of Aramex couriers. Aramex is the absolute worst courier business I have used for both local and international parcel delivery. On numerous occasions I have waited around 3 weeks for taramec to deliver parcels detained at their local hub which is approximate 7 KMs from my home. They have zero customer support and are impossible to contact. The parcel from Stuarts will not be delivered in time for Christmas, it was sent to a Sydney depot despite the correct depot in Perth being 6 hours closer to the Dubai hub. I have contacted Aramex repeatedly with zero response. Not happy

I got what I ordered at a good initial price, but had to pay nearly 50% tax and import duties bringing it into the EU (Italy.) The website customs-checker suggested no further payment, and other UK websites from which I ordered in the last 6 months didn’t have the customs problem. It should be made clear if there is a risk of extra charges. I got a model slightly different than I wanted because of the discount, but in the end I have to say it wasn’t worth it.

Super quick postage but inadequately packaged, presentation tin damaged. Was placed inside large box with no bubble wrap or packing for support etc

Was pleased with how quickly the shoes arrived but not as comfortable as I had hoped and they came with a very sticky substance on the outer portion of the soles. Not sure why this was but as you can see from the video the shoes stick together which is rather annoying especially for the amount these shoes cost.

Never received my belt, but the blame is mostly DHL’s. I would consider UPS or FedEx if I were Stuarts.

Communication following my order has been poor. I have not received any updates or any form of tracking information since placing my order over 1 week ago. I have not received a response to my follow up email either.

I ordered some trainers for my husband and he loves them. The only grip I have is that I paid for these to arrive on a specific day and they tried to deliver the day before when no-one was home. They left the parcel at a local shop for me to collect. I could have had them sent there for no postage fee if i'd have wanted to collect them!
