The website is really good and delivery was quick with out issue. But the only issue I have is that when we had to return the item we had to pay for it to be returned do paying delivery cost effectively twice you should offer free returns that's what I think.

The right hand glove had a line of scratch on it. It’s not from the original hide but post manufacturing. The postal service was good. I will definitely order again. Hopefully, a bit more care with QC.

Product great but didn’t suit me. Delivery speed very good. How the coat has been packaged had messed up the large collar and I believe it would’ve taken a lot of work to get it right again. I had to return and was surprised at how limiting the return option were and that it was nearly £5. I accept returns are expensive but this seemed a couple of pounds too much. Great price though and not put off using them again as the range and depth of choice here is outstanding. Return felt with quickly and without fuss

Ordered a barracuda jacket it’s really doesn’t fit need a bigger size but it’s going to cost me fifty dollars to ship it back that’s crazy

Bought a tracksuit top as my first purchase from Stuarts London. The price and service were great but …. delivery was signed for and I knew that I would only be home on the Saturday so paid quite a bit extra. Then when away I received a message saying my parcel was out for delivery (the Friday / next day). I assumed it wouldn’t be left as it clearly said signed for but the delivery guy left it in a safe place (this would have been perfect service if I hadn’t paid over the odds for Saturday). I then contacted Stuarts via the app to Fred back and received no reply.

As my first purchase from Stuarts London, I ordered an item shown as available on the website. The order was cancelled by Stewarts London because the website availablity was inaccurate and the product was not available to pick. This can occasionally happen in any on line business. However, no attempt was made to offer me an alternative product, which was available, in order to save the sale. This made me feel I was not highly valued as a customer. I considered purchasing the item from other suppliers but was unable to find it at a similar price. Then I noticed that a very similar product was also indicated as available from Stuarts London. This time, I contacted their sales team to check the availablity was accurate. They called me back in less than an hour to confirm it was available. I ordered this similar product and it arrived quickly and in good condition.

I ordered a pair of Canvas Shoes. it is of very poor quality, see attached pictures for details, the uppers are covered in white sticky glue and poorly handmade. Secondly, the Royal Mail used for this order delayed delivery due to the courier not being able to contact me as my phone number could not be displayed on the parcel. So I hope you'll pay attention to these issues. Thanks for your time

These are the shoes exact conditions when I received it. Notified their staff via email immediately, and they replied in a relatively fast manner. And their explanation was the outer layer of the leather is coated with a protective powder substance. This safeguarding measure ensures the leather's integrity during transit and storage. I wish I was notified this before I pressed the buy button. Staff Told me to use a damp cloth to wipe it, which I did, but not all the white marks can be removed. So now all I got was this explanation and a very sincere apology from their staff which I appreciated, but I have still paid the money and still have to keep this shoes in this condition.

My item was sent out quickly, I was told it was to be signed for. Then I get an email from the delivery company saying no need to sign we will take a photo of it and leave it on your door step . I live directly on the street. That's not secure postage

I purchased a jacket online and then a few hours later my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I think there is an opportunity here for better inventory management so that as items go out of stock the website is updated immediately so that the customers don’t have to go through the ups and downs of buying an out of stock item. I also think that when you make a mistake you should also offer some concessions to the customer. Like “hey we messed up, here is 10% off on your next order” etc.

One of the two hoodies I ordered, marked in shop as new, arrived without labels and appeared to have previously been tried on. This was particularly obvious when compared to the other, factory-fresh jumper. However, due to the shipping costs and taxes incurred between the UK and the EU, it did not seem worth filing a complaint.

Not sure about every brand/item but I purchased a large Lois Jeans jacket now I am large in most things but thought ok some brands are smaller so I exchanged it for an XL, this duly arrived and was still too small, just be careful on certain sizes because I am certainly not an XXL

Bought two items - neither fit. Asked for a refund rather than a nee size because of the return fees. If there were free returns I’d have asked for another size.

Not the greatest description of the clothes on the website. I bought a Fred Perry polo shirt that was not described as a slim fit. It is very much so a slim fit, so I look a bit like a stuffed sausage trying to fit into it. With the high cost of delivery and returns via DHL it's not even worth sending this stuff back. This gives me real pause to consider purchasing from Stuart's again in the future.

Hello, As I am tracking my order, I am noticing that the parcel reached San Francisco and then turned around. It now seems to be on the way back to the UK ?? This seems unusual, could it be that the address was not written properly and the mail carrier could not deliver it ? Please let me know if you have any other information. Thank you Frederic Wilmotte
