Found some nice stuff. Good prices. Thought it was all sweet until checkout screen when the prices all went up inexplicably. Prices shown were ‘pre VAT’ apparently, after contacting them, which left a sour taste in the mouth. Weird website software. Not the normal way of pricing in my opinion. Come on IT department. It’s 2022. Figure it out.

You’ll have to wait. As you don’t deliver to BFPO addresses, which are a centralised delivery location in the Uk. I am currently overseas with the military and will be able to write a review on this item once I’m back.

I’m all your marketing, you write since 67’ with an apostrophe at the end. This looks like 67 feet, and is just daft. It is supposed to go at the beginning (since ‘67), to show the missing 19.

Not overly impressed. My order was part refunded because one of the items I’d ordered was supposedly out of stock after I’d ordered it. The item I did receive took over a week to arrive. Good labels and prices however having to pay for return postage is off putting for future orders.

I have ordered 3 times from Stuarts. Delivery is very quick and packaged well. However, getting a refund is a complicated process, far less sophisticated than most companies. My returned package was delivered back to Stuarts and signed for. Two days later, they were still saying that they hadnt had time to sort through the parcels.

Was happy with the shoes, problem was that they were too small. The larger size was not in stock which meant I had to pay to return them which seemed a little unreasonable.

Not impressed with the communication- said they’d posted an item to me when they hadn’t - posted a day later with different tracking details. I expect better when spending so much money. Probably won’t use them again.

Ordered 2 separate items straight after one another, sent an email straight away to ask if they could do 1 lot of p&p and phoned them the next morning to ask the same only to be told bluntly I’m too late . Not the best customer service

Del. time was very good. Prod. size did not fit due to incorrect advise from Stewart's employee. Exchange cost from USA was $40. Stewart's wanted another$23 to ship correct size back to USA when it was employee's mistake. They would not budge. I made exchange a return. Not at all happy!

The sleeves were abnormally long and had to have the tailor shorten them by like 4 inches and I have normal length arms. The mid section is very snug and had to have that enlarged to feel a bit roomier. I am not a slim man and it would have been ok for someone without the "gut" that I am currently lugging around. The shoulder area is just right for an XL but that midsection was more like a medium. So not consistent but still will wear and enjoy when alterations have been made.

Speedy delivery, item arrived as described. The P&P for next day delivery was a bit more than most similar items have cost me from elsewhere which meant the so-called saving I was making on the tracktop was gobbled up by delivery cost. The official Fred Perry site do free delivery and often the item arrives the next day, so I'm tempted to just purchase from there alone in the future.

Brands and selections on offer are excellent! However a very outdated returns process. It’s not a high street chain with lots of stores, hence you can’t pop into a store to try on a couple of pairs of shoes for size. If you order online, and they don’t fit, its a bit of a manual process to return for a full refund and returns are out of your own pocket. Makes me think twice now to order shoes from here, as I don’t want to pay courier charges if the size is wrong or they just don’t look nice on foot.

I loved your pretty fast delivery to Germany but it would have been much nicer if I could have paid the customs within the delivery fees just for the reasons to be able to estimate how expensive the product really is in the end.

The Baracuta jacket is an old brand. It would have been nice to know the zipper is not American style. It is on the opposite side which is quite awkward. I don't think I would have purchased it knowing this detail in advance. If you had an American zipper style, you should give the buyer a choice. As a result, this purchase was disappointing.

I love the sneakers that I got, but it would be nicer if the company like many other companies have the VAT sorted out, instead of me having to pay another payment on delivery so it would be more advantageous to me if they just upped their price and then I can have it with out the payment to some VAT thing that's there because of brexit, and then I would definitely buy more!!

Shoes were cute but the shoe sizing chart was very off for UK vs. US and my shoes came 2 sizes too large. Frustrating because shipping is nearly $40.

Service was good. Delivery fast and well packaged. However the return service via Dpd doesn’t work in Northern Ireland so instead of paying £5, the Royal Mail delivery was £15.

Tell us how Stuart’s London made you happy? They didn’t. In fact they did nothing to address the points I made in an email or in the review they asked me to write. They are clearly not that bothered anymore. Shame, it used to be my go to shop.

Normally 5 Stars. The description of a jacket was not as stated (not for the first time) and the reason was given that the description is taken from the manufacturer direct, but the jacket wasn't as far as I cold see available direct. Belstaff. It was a smart jacket so I kept it anyway. It was a supposed new arrival in stock at Stuarts. What annoys me is, not for the first time, the jacket was then offered on sale a week later when I could have saved £80. I know sales have to start at some point, but a week after a new product is added? Come on. Perhaps a little more care / knowledge about products and a bit more thought for loyal customers. As I said in my email query at the time, I'll think twice in future. You did ask. Ian.
