“Great service. I ordered two items, the one I kept was something I had been looking for for ages and Stuart’s delivered! The second item I returned with little fuss and it was processed quickly. Only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because of the cost to return the item the suggested way was on the high side but I appreciate shops can’t swallow all these costs themselves.”

“I checked the size guide for the item I was ordering and matched it to my requirements, however when the item arrived it was much too big for me. The correspondence for the return was excellent, I took the option to have a credit as they did not have the smaller size for the item I wanted. I returned the item and it was received by Stuart's outside the time (14 days) for a sale item to be returned so I lost £5 from my credit which I thought was a bit harsh as the sale was still on going. However overall I would say it was a good experience using Stuart's on line.”

“Ordered an amazing Fred Perry black watch jacket . It was a speedy , well packed delivery and I was kept well informed of delivery times by the delivery company. Sadly the jacket was too small so had to return. As the value of the jacket was over a certain amount it was recommended to send back special delivery. This cost me £15 . One of the perils of ordering online if the company doesn’t have free returns.”

“I’m pretty chuffed with my purchase Patagonia Classic Retro pile fleece Jacket and very happy to get 10% off also. The delivery was efficient and with care. I wasn’t expecting to receive marketing emails from you everyday though, maybe once a week, it’s a bit off putting.”

“Got some good shoe bargains on a sale! Got one pair of weejuns loafers £95 cheaper than they originally where & another pair of penny larson weejuns £60 cheaper! Very happy with bargain I got from stuarts”

“Good range of products. I live in New Zealand and have bought a few items over the past few years. I recently bought a pair of shorts and jeans. Both were the wrong size to what I ordered but decided to keep the shorts as they fitted ok and returned the jeans. Stuarts repaid my return postage and gave me a small discount on the replacement pair of jeans as the price had dropped since I ordered them. The only other issue is that Stuarts no longer offers their 20% discounts like they used to, to overseas customers. It used to be a good saving especially with VAT taken off. Still, pretty happy though.”

“This was my first purchase with Stuarts London. I had read reviews and was a little wary due to the negative nature of some around delivery. All I experienced was positive. The customer service was brilliant when I contacted them. I had to return an item for a different size, the process was easy and the one free return is understandable given this is a small business. It is important to remember you are buying from a real shop, with real people answering emails and packing orders. Despite there being amazing brands, a good website and excellent prices this is an independent retailer and by buying from them you’re keeping a small business going. I’ll certainly be using them again.”

“Overall very good, but I asked for a Sunday delivery and didn't get it. The following Tuesday after I ordered I got an e-mail telling me that my order had been despatched and was waiting to get delivered the next day so I had to arranged it to get picked up from a parcel pick up shop, but it was not delivered then I had to wait till the following Monday. So the delivery was late and I wasn't at home and therefore I had to go to the pick up shop after finishing work on that Monday.”
