I’m happy with the quality of the product and the prompt service, but would have appreciated if I was told beforehand that additional 200$+ were required for customs..

Size fit was misleading and the postage cost me over £13 to receive and then pay for the return. Not cool.

Appreciated fast shipping, but item was incorrect. You promoted Ray ban polarized on a picture, received regular lenses. It Doesn’t make sense to return because I have to pay for shipping from US to London and loosing money.

Unfortunately the item I ordered was not what I received. Bit annoying when you have to pay for a return you didnt order.

I’m satisfied by overall responsiveness of Stuarts London but in not happy with the item itself. I was sent a pair of boots with obvious stain/blemish which doesn’t get cleaned despite trying everything. The blemish is big enough not to miss therefore I’m wondering why I wasn’t sent a clean pair?

The website was difficult to use and extremely slow in loading images. When I tried to click to the next page it would revert to "all items" and delete the filters and search terms I had inputted. This happened so often I almost gave up on my order. Following this poor website experience I received my order and the shoes felt 2 sizes too big despite it being in my size, I understand that shoes don't always fit as expected, but to pay an additional $60 dollars to return the item from Australia makes me not want to return to the store for future purchases.

I haven't received the boots yet..DHL is the only service that.havent reached my address yet...every other courier service has delivered...its been attempted 3 times each time they went to wrong location...but common sense should kick in to say drive a less than a half mile down the road to HUGE new development that they have to pass to go leave

Had to contact to receive refund and postage was taken from refund and had to pay return postage. This transaction cost me £7.00 for a £30 T-shirt.

Dear Sir , We do apologise for the delay. Delivery time quoted is in approximation of 3-5 working day, the weekend in between caused a delay by 1 extra working day. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are reliant on our couriers to delivery to their quoted time. We do offer an express service to Portugal also, which is with Fed - ex or DHL - although this would incur an additional cost. At least the 15% discount offer you took , should offer some form of compensation here. Kind Regards Trevor.

Wrong item sent then onus was put on me to return wrong item before proper one sent, I do not have means to down load your return slips you e mail had to pay which is ridicules treatment as it was Stuart’s fault you should have arranged a pick up and swap it was your wrong doing🤬🤬🤬🤬

Purchased a t-shirt listed at $36 plus shipping to US. I elected to ship to my son in London who was coming back to US. After the transaction was processed, the price of the shirt was changed to £35 and VAT added to boot! Customer service explained VAT only deducted for international shipping. Understood, but my issue was modifying the purchase price AFTER I clicked yes to purchase! I was unable to get customer service to understand this is not right and need to correct this glitch in their online ordering system.

The return process is very complicated and expensive (16,95£+3,95£ for a return from Germany. I wouldn't buy there a second time.

The products were received in great condition and fast ! Through DHL, that was pleasing to see. However , a pair of shoes is too big and I need a smaller size ( a VERY common issue when shopping shoes online ) however the return process is a nightmare , I need to fill out and print a form , then pay for a return label that costs more than the shoes itself , and ALSO pay for the new shipping ??? This company really need a better, cheaper and easier return policy if you want to succeed big time outside the UK
