Still not received my package, the delivery time was around 3 days but the package sat in London hub for 4 days before being sent in transit, still waiting

I paid extra money to get the trainers delivered before 1pm however these did not arrive until gone 3pm as it meant i could not take them on holiday.

First and last time customer . Bought a hat and tried to pay with pay Pal - Stuart's would not accept. Then my credit card again Stuart's would not accept. Finally with only switch card remaining they took that. I checked with my cc company and pay pal and both said that the merchant rejected. My hat did arrive but the check out procedure which should have lasted 5 mins took over an hour. A kind of Mickey Mouse retailer to be honest. Won't be back again.

I would of liked to.of sent a couple of tshirts back.because of sizing issue however after reading small print sale items are not refundable only credit which I.didnt agree with. However all other points of sales and service were fine.

It was disappointing that I couldn’t change the delivery address. No option to do this and after emailing I got no response. This needs to be an option.

Unfortunately the top I ordered did not arrive when requested even though I paid £7+ for delivery. After sending an email I was told they had been trying to contact me. No missed calls or emails !

Goods were delivered damaged. Also inside the package was the invoice from the previous customer indicating that the return was not checked before being restocked. On the bright side customer service replied straight away and emailed free return label

The order didn’t arrive in time despite the instructions I sent to the deliverer, I had a day off work and was at home all day,the package arrived at 5pm . And now I’ve had to pay £7.50 to send it back, totally disappointed.

Dear Sir, We apologise if you found it difficult to process a return. Apart from making it a free retrun we can't really see how to make it more easier. The proceedure is to download a form, fill in and send back with item(s) Alternativley we offer a DPD Return service for £4.95 and you can drop to a location convenient to you, for DPD to collect. This covers any product up to £50. There is also an option to upgrade service for more expensive items, this usually still works out cheaper than using different courier. As the discount we are passing on is from our volume we send out. The link to return is in the footer of the website marked "Returns". Great website, very tempting selection of goods - unfortunately delivery to Switzerland appears to be impossible (although Switzerland is on the list of destination countries). At checkout, there is an error message indicating that there is a problem with the Swiss delivery destination. A first e-mail to customer service was answered promptly with the suggestion to just try again because they were not aware of any problems, subsequent mails with detailed error descriptions and requests for support were ignored. If the company does not want to deliver to Switzerland for whatever reasons that of course is their decision, it just would save potential customers from Switzerland a lot of work if they would clearly state this somewhere and take the country off their list. Really frustrating, when looking at their tempting website...

Site showed that item was in stock, several days later my purchase was rejected/refunded Frustrating because I picked this site over others for same item and now have missed chance to buy at a good price.

Good selection and historically good service but was informed that I am no longer elegable to use discount vouchers on the site, which is bizarre and has basically lost a once decent customer.

Ordered 3xl but was sent 2xl. No returns label in original packaging. Had to call shop and wait to be emailed a returns label. Now awaiting delivery of 3xl. I was hoping to wear the shirt today for a wedding but unfortunately I can't. The blow was softened a little as the shirt was discounted by 50% so I suppose a few days delay isn't the end of the world...

Very poor returns policy.... pay for shipping for returns yourself and very difficult to do. Would not purchase again for this reason
