Bought a pair of jeans I found online that I've been wanting and when I bought it, a few hrs later I got a email saying it was a wrong price and that they just refunded me back.

I bought a Pendleton wool shirt which has a strong chemical smell. I have the suspicion that it gets dry cleaned and re labeled. I asked stuarts but they dont even answer!

I ordered pair of black Springcourts. The box arrived promptly. It said black . But inside the pair of trainers was white. However I have decided to keep them as I can't face the hassle of returning them.

Delivery let them down, their website said delivery on the next working day which would have been the Monday. Waited in all day, Royal Mail tried to deliver on the Wednesday and I collected that Thursday! Not good considering we paid for the service, Stuart's response Royal Mail collected it on the Saturday but didn't scan it and to give it another 24hrs, Royalmail showed me the report collected and scanned on the Saturday this is the reason for my poor rating.

Website is superb. Unfortunately it's now been a week and I still have not received my item. I accept that you aren't responsible for the Royal Mail but maybe worth considering a more competent delivery company?

The ordering and confirmation process was simple and straightforward. However after 7 Days the items have still not arrived. I ordered clothes at the same time from a competitor and they are here !

The delivery was fast, as i benefitted from free next day delivery. However i had to return my item as Stuarts size guide for the pair of shoes i bought was incorrect. I bought a pair of Wolverine 1000 Miles, the Stuarts size guide stated 27cm is UK 8.5 which i trusted, so i was disappointed when they came and were too big. I looked on the actual Wolverine website and their guide states that 27cm is in fact UK 8. I therefore had to return the shoes in exchange for a smaller size, which then cost me just under £27 for postage because Stuarts does not offer free returns, for a mistake that wasn't mine. Extremely disappointed with my experience, when spending £340 on a pair of shoes you would expect correct information from the company you are buying them from.

Dear Sir We will investigate this matter further, We go by what Wolverine previously gave us as size guides to use, as its physically impossible to measure the inside often shoes, so we rely on information we get passed on from the manufacturer. We will update our website accordingly if this relates to the 1000 miles collection also and not just Standard Wolverine products. A member of staff will be in contact regarding an exchange with free returns if required and a credit note for any costs incurred for initial return. Kind Regards Trevor.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a forthcoming holiday and when they arrived they were a) too big, ordered a size 10 and I’m normally 10.5 so felt like they were measuring big and b) they had showed signs of scuffing in the back so not great for a pair of shoes for over £100. Oh and I think it’s going to cost me at least £4 to send them back!

I think that free postage for returns is more-or-less accepted as being part of a good e-commerce experience. It's why Amazon and ASOS excel. I was not happy about paying so much to return a parcel for a refund, but since the item I wanted to try was not available elsewhere, I took the chance. I ultimately ended up paying around £13 just to try on a coat.

I guess my experience with your online shopping was really bad , unfortunately i ordered 2 items they both came , however one item came with the wrong size.

I don’t like that you have to pay to return your items and then postage is also deducted from your refund for originally sending the package! One or the other is acceptable but both costs nearly 10£ just to view an item!

Unfortunately the shoes were covered in a strange white sort of powder. Maybe caused by humidity.

I placed my order on next day delivery, and after a mix up on your end, the shoes were delivered a week late. One plus point, good customer service.

I ordered a Hugo boss wallet and received a cardholder instead. I was then told to wait for a returns label and send it back to receive my item but I needed my order asap. So had to go in to exchange. Was very inconvenient
