Great website, very tempting selection of goods - unfortunately delivery to Switzerland appears to be impossible (although Switzerland is on the list of destination countries). At checkout, there is an error message indicating that there is a problem with the Swiss delivery destination. A first e-mail to customer service was answered promptly with the suggestion to just try again because they were not aware of any problems, subsequent mails with detailed error descriptions and requests for support were ignored. If the company does not want to deliver to Switzerland for whatever reasons that of course is their decision, it just would save potential customers from Switzerland a lot of work if they would clearly state this somewhere and take the country off their list. Really frustrating, when looking at their tempting website...
