I had no luck, to be sincere.
Hopefully was just an unfortunate case, but since Brexit, it is very important that everything runs well and smooth to avoid returns, and that was not the case.
But as said, in my case, everything went wrong so, I want to believe that was the exception
Apart of it, customer service replies fast and behaves empathic and polite.
