Bought a pair of jeans that didn’t fit right, no issue with that. But no returns label supplied and also not allowed to drop back to the ewarehouse, despite living 20 minutes from there. So had to post back on an insured service at a cost of over £10. So it cost me £10 to NOT have a pair of jeans. Haven’t experienced any other shop that don’t provide a returns service.
