Terrible. Used DPD as delivery company who left parcel at front door without consent. Parcel of course stolen and Stuart’s London are little to zero help in reimbursing me. Almost calling me a villain rather than a victim. Avoid at all costs what a terrible company. Would never buy again from these!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced shopping online. Paid for a pair of shoes and next day delivery and not only did they not arrive next day I am still waiting here over two weeks later with no sign of them. Avoid this company like the plague.

I haven't received anythong yet. I went on Royal Mail International and got the same answer. Package is on the way and... it also says there may be more info on their partner's website? Tracking # LA115150684GB Order # WEB 720728 If you can find out what the hell is going on I would really appreciate it. I get Zero updates which is unacceptable in 2025. Thanks, AL Stover

This credit card holder is the worst item i have ever brought as it is pure garbage & i can see why the discount was so large.It only holds 4 cards no wonder they never showed the wallet inside.I throw it in the bin thats how bad it was & i would not recommend this wallet as its a waste of money.

Received Sergio track pants with the cuffs of both pant legs coming undone with gaping holes. Contacted Stuart’s via Instagram DM and provided order information and photos but received no response. This is my last purchase from Stuart’s.

I returned my order a month ago and still awaiting my refund to be processed!! I have called and spoken to someone twice and still no sign of my money back. What’s going on?

I felt scammed and I found what happened to me to be unserious and that the company did not take any action to resolve it, with an approximation and lack of clarity of the selling price. I purchased some shoes paid, by credit card, at the initial asking price of £75.83 + delivery £14.95 + VAT 0 = Grand Total £90.78, delivery Italy. Upon delivery, the courier asked me for additional sums of €28.95 on delivery, otherwise they would not have delivered the goods. After several email exchanges, at first you thought that they could be customs charges, then at a later time you wrote to me that from the checks they are VAT charges and additional transport charges. It has never been seen on any site to purchase a good at a certain price and then find yourself with the price increased by 25% of expenses not foreseen by the seller to be paid by the customer!!!! Despite the various exchanges you have not taken charge of resolving the problem and at the moment you have not refunded me the additional sums paid and you have not even apologized! You are not able to sell in countries other than your country. You have not been reliable, a great disappointment and anger, a real scam!!!

Be careful, a scam and not very serious in the clarity of the selling price. It has never been seen on any site to buy a baby at a certain price and then find yourself with the price increased by 25% of costs not foreseen by the seller to be paid by the customer!!!! Disappointed with the service as a returning customer. Sizing of products really poor, with the website saying one thing and a tape measure showing the real thing. Having to spend money on return postage due to sizing inconsistencies leads to the loss of my custom. Be very careful before you purchase online as it may end up costing you time and money that can be better spent elsewhere.

Bought a T-shirt which was a M but it is nothing close to a M but more like a XXL. The return policy is you have to pay for postage. Wrote to customer service asking about the size and have not received a reply after a week.
