I felt scammed and I found what happened to me to be unserious and that the company did not take any action to resolve it, with an approximation and lack of clarity of the selling price. I purchased some shoes paid, by credit card, at the initial asking price of £75.83 + delivery £14.95 + VAT 0 = Grand Total £90.78, delivery Italy. Upon delivery, the courier asked me for additional sums of €28.95 on delivery, otherwise they would not have delivered the goods. After several email exchanges, at first you thought that they could be customs charges, then at a later time you wrote to me that from the checks they are VAT charges and additional transport charges. It has never been seen on any site to purchase a good at a certain price and then find yourself with the price increased by 25% of expenses not foreseen by the seller to be paid by the customer!!!! Despite the various exchanges you have not taken charge of resolving the problem and at the moment you have not refunded me the additional sums paid and you have not even apologized! You are not able to sell in countries other than your country. You have not been reliable, a great disappointment and anger, a real scam!!!

Be careful, a scam and not very serious in the clarity of the selling price. Disappointed with the service as a returning customer. Sizing of products really poor, with the website saying one thing and a tape measure showing the real thing. Having to spend money on return postage due to sizing inconsistencies leads to the loss of my custom. Be very careful before you purchase online as it may end up costing you time and money that can be better spent elsewhere.

Bought a T-shirt which was a M but it is nothing close to a M but more like a XXL. The return policy is you have to pay for postage. Wrote to customer service asking about the size and have not received a reply after a week.

I can't review the item yet as I haven't received it. DPD delivered it to the incorrect address and now yourselves and DPD are passing the buck between each other despite photographic evidence being provided as requested. As a result you have a very angry customer who is £260 out of pocket and who has not received any resolution to this.

Im sorry to say my first and last purchase from Stuarts. i ordered a Gabicci Lavelle top in large which was sent as small so reordered and once again small. had to argue that is wasn’t my error to get free shipping and eventually instead of the large was refunded. Real shame as you stock some fantastic clothes

Embarrassingly bad ordering experience. I paid $35 for 2 day shipping but didn't receive my order for 9 days AND IT WASN'T EVEN WHAT I ORDERED. Returning it has been even more of a hassle. It's been over a week of back and forth emails just to return them and it still hasn't happened yet.

Not a good experience with this Company. An item I ordered, I never received. I filled a claim with the USPS. They determined the package was indeed delivered to my address and to check with other tenants in my Building (8) apartments. No one has seen this package. I sent Stuart's the letter from USPS. They told me I need to file another claim to re open the investigation. What is the purpose for this? Only a sane person can determine that the package was stolen. This item cost me $260, which is a lot to lose for anyone. I would not ever deal with Stuarts again and recommend to anyone thinking of buying merchandise from this store.

Great prices, great website - placed order for three items and got an email next say saying trainers were nit in stock. other items received - one way too small and other way too big (not their fault but most good companies have a size guide for customers. Returned two items using royal mail next day & got an email asking if i wanted a refund or a credit note for one item, but no mention of 2nd item. emailed back & no response yet - chased again today. will avoid in future as not worth the hassle

They don’t even know what products they’re selling on their website. They can’t be bothered to take their own product shots or to learn what they actually stock. Ordered one thing, got something else entirely. Wouldn’t bother with them.

Highly unreliable retailer. Ships high end goods using standard parcel service instead of a proper parcel service for international. Package was rejected at customs due to their negligence. Check their fine print before doing business with this company. There are plenty of other options.

I did not recieve my parcel. After three weeks i did contact The Shop and got a wrong shipping number with a wrong adress and wrong signature. No response by the Shop and no refund Till today… i will Write a update, if i get a response.
