“I'm still waiting on my shoes. Customer service is a joke and tells me to sort it out myself. I didn't elect to use Royal Mail to for international shipping. It's been weeks now and apparently I can sort it out myself.. Will never order anything else from this company. What a joke”

“Great to deal with. I had an issue with delivery whereby I updated my delivery day to allow for signature and Royal Mail managed to extend it by one month instead of one day. When I emailed Stuart’s London to help, Manish was prompt in responding and my parcel was delivered the following day, despite it not being their fault. Thank you again.”
