“I've bought a few items online from Stuarts London now and it has been a positive experience each time (there are good deals among the sale items). First time was Novesta sneakers, bought two sizes to collect from shop in Shepherd's Bush, tried on both in shop and handed back the one that didn't fit. Online refund was very quick. There is much written about Novesta sizing being very large but I found them only slightly so. I'm a regular size 43 (UK small 9) and Novesta size 42.5 (UK 8 1/2) fitted best. The perception they run large only valid when compared to other trainer brands that size small. Most recent purchase was linen-mix summer shirts by Solid Clothing. On sale and delivered speedily to my home address. These were very cheap, perhaps because they are quite a boxy style. I'm ok with that and will wear over a vest top. I guessed size correctly so no return needed.”

“I'm an American living in North Carolina, and I recently ordered a winter coat from Stuarts London. I had been searching for a specific model of Belfast Milford wool coat, and was able to find it easily on the Stuarts London website at an incredibly attractive discount. The description of the coat was accurate and thorough, and the photos attached were from the manufacturers own website and therefore an excellent depiction of the item. The price I paid was a fraction of the msrp, due to a timely sale. Furthermore, I was extremely happy with the checkout process which, even with international shipping, was simple and easy. My order shipped the next business day (I ordered on a Sunday evening) and arrived at my home two days later, which was, frankly, astonishing. The item is in immaculate condition, and is precisely what I ordered in every description. The quality is beyond reproach. I'm very grateful to this wonderful business and look forward to being a Stuarts London customer for many years to come.”
