“First time ordering from here. Fantastic customer service. Ordered Saturday, received Sunday. Had a query about something I subsequently returned and actually got a prompt reply to my email! A little thing, but greatly appreciated and somewhat of a rarity nowadays and would never happen with the big name fashion retailers . I will definitely be shopping here again”

“I ordered a pair of RM Williams boots at a cost of £382. What I received was one new boot and one part worn one. After contacting customer service I eventually received a pair of new boots. No one could explain how this had occurred, nor did they seem too keen to investigate. Obviously some sort of scam within the warehouse. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company.”

“I found Stuarts whilst searching for a specific Barbour International jacket - their price was so good that after ordering it I suffered buyers' remorse - after it arrived (dead on time) I actually contacted Barbour to check some of the fine details in case it wasn't a real one - all good - quite amazing. I need to make a pilgramage to this shop.”
