“I managed to source a Barbour x Levi jacket For a Christmas gift to send to my son in Melbourne I bought online and Stuart’s did the rest sending it by International delivery arrived In plenty of time for Christmas 🎅 My son will be delighted Excellent service from Stuart’s would one hundred per cent use again Five star”

“Service is good. However. Returns are not. They do - return for a fiver. Only insured up to £50. So it cost me £12 to return my item. Things mail order should be free returns imo. They do offer a free exchange…just not a return. Odd and annoying. So make sure what u order will fit!!!”

“I ordered a Baracuta jacket in mid November, and am still yet to receive it. I contacted Stuarts who told me it could be another 3 weeks due to the Royal Mail be busy! They also told me to contact customs! Poor service and poor choice of courier! Please use DHL going forward.”
