“I ordered a Sergio Tacchini x Stuarts tracksuit and T-shirt on September 9th, and today, September 23rd, they still haven’t arrived. This is not your fault, as I can see in the app that you shipped the order the very next day. The problem is with customs in Romania. I was charged customs fees amounting to 41% of the value of my order, and even after paying these excessive fees, I was informed that there is still no estimated delivery date because the package is still being inspected by a customs officer. You have beautiful products and good prices, but unfortunately, with such high customs fees and indefinite delivery times, this will be my last order from you.”
