“First online shop with stuarts and was first class,super quick delivery but had to exchange for a smaller size which also was a seamless service.very happy overall and certainly will use again.”

“I debated for quite a while about ordering a Snow Peak coat- I’m in Scotland so coming to the shop wasn’t an option. I emailed for measurements and received a very prompt and helpful reply and I also phoned the shop and spoke to a super helpful young man who gave me the information I needed. I ordered the coat, it arrived next day- a Saturday so unexpected but good- and it’s perfect! I would definitely order from Stuart’s again.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Outstanding Quality and Service I ordered my peacoat from Stuarts London, and it arrived all the way here in Wyoming, USA, much faster than I expected. The tracking was reliable and updated every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. When it arrived, I was immediately impressed — the quality is exceptional. It’s heavier than I anticipated (in a good way), which shows it’s made from solid, durable materials. The fit is perfect, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Customer service was also excellent and very responsive throughout the process. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. “Firstly, have no problems with Stuarts as an operation; they process the order efficiently and diligently. However the quality of what I bought was junk, frankly. I bought a Sergio Tacchini x Stuarts cardigan just to wear in the house and even by those standards , it is rubbish and barely functional. It fits poorly, has no shape and the materials are harsh and thin. I don't expect it to last long. At £80 it was almost certainly made in a sweatshop somewhere and again, the lack of transparency ticks me off. I'm guessing the kind of person who is in the market for this is expecting to wear this outdoors and my advice to them is don't waste your money. Total junk”
