“Ordered item that was shown in stock, order was cancelled a few days later, with a note saying “went to shelf item wasnt there refund given” problem was i only got refunded the price of the item, had to re contact to ask for the postage cost back as well, i have been using Stuarts for many years, and i found this shoddy at best, staff issue? Policy issue? Warehouse issue? Not impressed”
