“I first shopped at stuarts London in the eighties and the quality of service hasn't changed, albeit I shop online now and cannot get to the store, I purchased some timberland shoes and a barbour jacket ,and they was at my door the nxt day at very reasonable delivery cost 10/10 😀”

“Excellent service, I took a chance on buying a pair of shoes because they were expensive and a very good price in the sale, according to the manufacturer the sizing is generous, unfortunately they didn’t fit, I returned the shoes and given a refund immediately, thank you”

“First time ordering from here. Fantastic customer service. Ordered Saturday, received Sunday. Had a query about something I subsequently returned and actually got a prompt reply to my email! A little thing, but greatly appreciated and somewhat of a rarity nowadays and would never happen with the big name fashion retailers . I will definitely be shopping here again”
