“I ordered a Patagonia rain jacket on next day delivery (£9.95 postage) and it took five days to arrive, when I asked for the postage to be refunded I was refused.”

“Absolutely excellent customer service. I called, unsure of a leather wallet, and the advisor couldn’t have been more helpful. He even found the item and emailed me photos. On this basis, I bought the item and it was perfect. It was also really well priced. I would definitely use Stuart’s London again.”
