I ordered boots from Stuart’s on January 4th 21, I emailed them immediately with a querie in relation to my order and was ignored. The shipping said 1-2 business days, I emailed again after 5 days to ask where my parcel was they informed me that they had launched an investigation with the courier to find out where it was. I was none the wiser a week later and still no boots. The boots finally arrived after a series of emails back and forth on January 23rd. They were way too big for me (if my querie at the beginning was answered I would have known this ) so of course I have to send them back and pay over €20 to return them as they don’t do free returns. Lack of communication with customer service and poor communication between Stuart’s and the courier meaning I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered the exact same boots from a different company and they arrived the next day !
