I bought a pair of expensive ladies walking boots, Danner & they have a scratch on them.
I contacted Stuart’s Customer service who say this is “normal” for the boot.
It is a deep scratch so how they could say this is normal I have no idea.
They advised if I want a refund I have to pay for the cost of returning them, their customer service is unprofessional and poor, if you don’t want to chance paying £320 for a pair of damaged boots I’d shop elsewhere.
