Easy to order and pay. Prompt delivery. Very slightly disappointed in shoes which were older width fitting than current production from Clarks, but these were the last in stock and I have coped with this width in the past. Also shoe was very slightly deformed in one place, but I hope this will wear into normal shape in use. As last in stock and a bit cheaper than from Calrks direct, I am happy to keep these and hope they'll be OK on wearing. Someone has to buy the last pair in stock one day and I'm sure Stuarts would refund if I wanted to take the trouble to return, so am happy to do 4 stars and would still recommend the company for the future.
