I bought three expensive items. One was XL and I would have happily exchanged it for L but it was out of stock. If I exchanged it, return postage would have been free. I rang and asked if I could have returns label in this case, since I was keeping 2 items. There was no flexiblity and a curt reply.
Good quality clothes but I won't use you again.
