Love Stuarts of London, have used the web site for quite a few years now and have never had any issues before, untill my last purchase. I bought 3 items which were in a sale at the time. When the items arrived 2 didn't fit properly and one item did not suit me so I posted the items quickly back. I was not aware that items bought in the sale cannot be refunded, only credit awarded. I thought this extremely unfair and it will prevent me from placing orders on items in the future! I was then forced to spend my £250 credit on items I didn't really need. Very very dissapointing from an otherwise fantastic retailer.
