It would seem that Stuart’s do not like negative comments as their post has been deleted where i gave an honest account of their awful international service. 3 orders in a row to UAE I have had to report the parcel not turning up. This time I’ve already waited almost three weeks and told there is now an investigation into the whereabouts of my parcel which will take 14 working days and then they can tell me what happens next. I asked them to either resend another order or to please cancel and refund my money and I was told it is company policy they cannot do that- so basically you have to wait and hope it turns up in the next few weeks mate. I was told that management would contact me yesterday - of course radio silence. If you live overseas do not touch them with a barge pole.
