I bought Grenson Archie boots with delivery to Russia. I have no questions about delivery and it's timing (Russian post, new year's holidays), but I have a question about order picking.
How can you not check the contents of the box before sending an order to another country?
As a result, I have shoes of different color intensities.
I won't bother with the return as it will take a long time, but I will have to paint one of the boots to bring it to the same shade.
